1. Declutter
Before you can start staging your home, you have to identify the items you can let go of, including your children’s toys and clothes. Start with the items they no longer need or use. 2. Remove baby gear
When staging your home for a viewing, you have to make sure that your place is depersonalized. This includes all items that may indicate that you have kids, including high-chairs, diaper-changing stations, and bathtub toys.
