There are also a few tips for mums as to what you might also be experiencing during the ninth month of the year……

Aries(20/3 – 20/4)

Getting into a routine will be important for your little Aries this month. Your Aries child will be quite spontaneous, so focus routines around eating and activities and don’t be too rigid. This way your Aries child will feel safe in his/her routine but not stifled by it.  A great time to introduce a routine to your little Aries is during the time of the New Moon, on 16th September. Family pets will also be an important focus for your Aries child this month, so encourage them to spend time with the animals of the family! The Full Moon on the 30th September allows your little Aries to shine!

Aries mums need to watch their health during the first month of spring. Aries mums are often rushing around and need to remember to take some time out to rest. If you are thinking of buying a pet, September is a great month to do it. Start any new health regime under the New Moon on the 16th.

Taurus  (20/4 – 21/5)

Having fun is what the month of September is all about for your little Taurus. Encourage your Taurus child to try new activities. Taurus children are the kids that are least likely to try new things, being much more cautious – so now is a great time to introduce things for them to do under the guise of it being fun. The New Moon energy will be helpful for this on 16th September. The Full Moon on 30th may see your little Taurus feeling quite emotional. He or she may appreciate some quiet time for the few days during this lunar phase.

Taurus mums will be focused on their children during the first month of spring. Self-expression may also be a focus – bringing a need to show people just who you really are. Remember to take some time out to have fun this month!

Gemini(21/5 – 20/6)

Home and family will be important to your Gemini child this month. He or she may be more attached to a parent than usual. Gemini children usually enjoy getting out and about, but you may find that your little Gemini prefers to stay closer to home in September. Providing variety and stimulation around the home is what is called for here! Spending time with grandparents will also be important for Gemini children this month. The New Moon on 16th is a great time to introduce new activities, themes or routines into the family home. The Full Moon on 30th highlights your Gemini child’s friendships, as well as his/her dreams.

Gemini mums may tend to be homebodies during the first few weeks of September. They may also find themselves spending more time with a parent. The Full Moon on 30th September may bring the end of friendships that no longer serve you, making room for new ones later on.

Cancer(20/6 – 22/7)

Sibling relationships will be prominent for your little Cancer this month. Getting out of the house and spending time out-and-about will do your Cancer child good. The New Moon on 16th brings opportunities for learning – your little Cancer’s mind will be eager to soak up information (Cancers have memories like elephants). The Full Moon is always a time of high emotion for your little Cancer and the one on the 30th September is no different. Emotions will be prominent and there will be a strong connection to a parent during this time.

Cancer mums may find themselves more involved in their local community during September. Communication issues will be highlighted and possibly need to be addressed. The Full Moon on 30th will spotlight your career in some way. It may also see some Cancer mums leaving behind a career that they no longer enjoy.

Leo(22/7 – 23/8)

It’s the month to make your little Leo feel special! Self-worth issues may arise, so make sure you let your Leo child know how great s/he is. The New Moon on 16th September is a great time to introduce the concept of doing chores for pocket money, if your Leo child is old enough. Venus, sign of love and affection, moves into the sign of Leo on the 7th. This highlights the need for your Leo child to feel special. The Full Moon on the 30th September highlights your little Leo’s beliefs, so answer any questions s/he may ask around this time, carefully.

Leo mums may find money a focus during the first month of spring. When Venus moves into your own sign on the 7th, some money may come your way! The Full Moon on the 30th may see the completion of a course or some sort of academic recognition. An overseas holiday may also become a focus.

Virgo(23/8 – 23/9)

Vitality should be high for your little Virgo during his/her birthday month. Give him/her some extra attention this month – s/he may just enjoy it! The ruler of Virgo, planet Mercury, moved into its own sign on 1st September, so communication will be clear and to the point. Reading, computers, writing and all other forms of communication should be enjoyed by your little Virgo now. The Full Moon on the 30th may see your Virgo child withdraw into him/herself for a couple of days. Your little Virgo will be a deep thinker during this time.

Virgo mums will enjoy their own good health this month. Take the time out to treat yourself and focus on how you really want others to see you. The Full Moon on the 30th puts a focus on joint assets, so any issues to do with them may arise under this Moon phase.

Libra(23/9 – 23/10)

Your little Libra may not be quite as social as usual this month. He or she may be more withdrawn. Respect his/her need for a little seclusion. The New Moon on the 16th is a good time to introduce meditation practices for relaxation. Mercury moves into the sign of Libra on the 17th September, ensuring diplomatic communication. The Sun moves into the sign of Libra on the 23rd bringing your Libran child back onto the social scene. The Full Moon the 30th highlights a close friendship of your Libran child’s.

Libran mums will also be slightly withdrawn for the first few weeks of September. Taking the time out to go inwardly is important now. Librans function best with someone else around, but this month is more about spiritual connection. Libran mums can be indecisive at the best of times and with Mercury moving into your sign on 17th this may be more problematic than usual.

Scorpio(23/10 – 22/11)

Friendships will be important to your little Scorpio this month. Play dates and outings will be extra enjoyable. The New Moon on the 16th September is a great time to introduce your Scorpio child to a new group activity. The Full Moon on the 30th highlights your little Scorpio’s health, so take extra care of him/her as s/he may be more physically vulnerable at this time. Pluto, ruler of Scorpio, goes direct in the sky on the 18th, allowing your little Scorpio’s strength to shine through.

Scorpio mums will find September a very social month. Friends will be a major focus. This is a great month to take up an activity that introduces you to new people. The Full Moon on the 30th may highlight a family pet.

Sagittarius(22/11 – 21/12)

Your little Sagittarian’s reputation may be of focus in some way this month. Parents will be particularly important during the first month of spring. The New Moon on the 16th September is a great time for goal setting, for older Scorpio kids. The Full Moon on the 30th highlights fun and good times. Your Sagittarian’s competitive spirit may come out during this time. Close friendships may also be expanded during the month of September.

Sagittarian mums will be focusing on their careers during the first month of spring. The New Moon on the 16th September is a great time to either start a new career or to launch a new aspect of your business. The Full Moon on the 30th puts the focus on your children.

Capricorn(21/12 – 21/1)

The New Moon on the 16th September is a good time to introduce religious or spiritual information to your Capricorn child. The Full Moon on the 30th September highlights sibling relationships. There may also be a focus on all forms of communication. Your little Capricorn has the potential to shine in his/her local neighbourhood under this Full moon.

Capricorn mums may be feeling very uptight at the moment with the tension between Pluto in your sign of Capricorn and the planet Uranus sitting in your sector of home and family. The Full Moon on the 30th may highlight the need for freedom within the home. Respect each family member’s individuality during this time.

Aquarius(21/1 – 19/2)

Your little Aquarian may be quite intense during the month of September. S/he may show an interest in the hidden side of life this month. The New Moon on the 16th September is a great time to reinforce in your little Aquarian the importance of sharing. The Full Moon on the 30th September highlights all forms communication. It also lights up a sibling relationship. The current tension between the planets Pluto and Uranus (ruler of Aquarius) may bring tension between your Aquarian child and a parent.

Aquarian mums will feel the tension from the planets Pluto and Uranus (your ruler). There may be struggles at this time regarding having the freedom to express your individuality in your career. Set goals that will bring more freedom into your life and start working towards them!
