We try: Shock Absorber bra:

A comfortable sports bra delivering maximum support

Sports bras are an essential item of clothing for women when exercising with many long-term benefits.  Particularly after having children, I am conscious of making sure I get proper support.

And as someone who exercises four times a week and with DD cup size, I was after a bra that would prevent sagging and tissue damage.

I came across UK’s sports bra brand, Shock Absorber, after a recommendation from a friend. I have found it provide superior bounce control as well as incredibly comfortable.

I’ve also found it to be extremely durable, breathable and dries really quickly after being washed.

The Shock Absorber Classic Sports Bra, which I have, has a classic design, modern shape, adjustable straps and extra padding for comfort.

The range goes from 1 to 4 -depending on the type of exercise you’re doing. Shock Absorber cup sizes range from A to HH.

I’ve found mine offers maximum support for running and high exertion exercise, as well as support for all your lower impact activities such as yoga, walking and weight training.

When I’ve switched back to my old bra, I’ve really noticed the difference in support with it not providing anywhere near the same level of support as the Shock Absorber.

Retailing for around $35, it’s a great product and highly recommend to other mums looking for a sports bra that delivers great support.  I give it 5 stars!

I purchased my bra online through, but other Australian stockists can be found via
