Sarah Michelle Gellar and husband Freddie Prinze Jr have become parents for the second time.

The former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star gave birth to a baby boy in Los Angeles in the last week.
 
The new arrival is a little brother for the couple's three-year-old daughter Charlotte
 
"Mother and baby are doing great," Gellar's representative told US Weekly. "And Charlotte is very excited to be a big sister."
 
Gellar and Prinze, Jr celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary on September 1, and Charlotte turned three last on September 19.
