With gorgeous design wear from sass & bide, plus pre-loved clothing from a range of other top designers, the annual Peter Pan Op Shop Winter Sale is a not-to-be missed event. The Op Shop sale has been run 72 years to help raise money for Barnardos Australia.
The first sale in 1941 was such a hit that it cause a traffic jam in busy Oxford Street, with women very keen to find clothing at a time when new clothing was rationed because of the War effort. Committee members of the time would model their own donated clothing and literally sell it off their backs.
Today, the Peter Pan Op Shop Winter Sale attracts brand new as well as pre-loved clothes, shoes and accessories, including vintage and designers wares.
sass & bide have long been big supporters of the event, and this year have given 28 boxes of their iconic designer wear.

The Peter Pan Winter Op Shop sale is on Wednesday and Thursday from 9.30am - 3pm and Friday 9.30am - 1pm at Paddington Town Hall, corner Oxford Street and Oatley Road, Paddington.
