Astrology can be another way of understanding your child and a way to look at any issues or themes that might be highlighted throughout the year. Look at the Sun sign of your child below and see what may be happening for him or her during the month of November. There are also a few tips for mums as to what you might also be experiencing during the eleventh month of the year. 

Aries (20/3 – 20/4)

Your little Aries may be quite curious about the hidden side of life this month. Be prepared for some interesting questions. Your Aries child will also probably be emotionally intense this month. Sharing may also be an issue that is raised during the month of November. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd can be helpful to start teaching the importance of sharing. The Full Moon on the 18th November highlights your little Aries’ sense of self-worth.

Aries mums will also be feeling quite intense this month and may find themselves bottling their emotions up. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd is a great time to reorganize joint finances, while the Full Moon on November 18th highlights the way you earn your money.

Taurus  (20/4 – 21/5)

Best friends and other close relationships will be the focus for your little Taurus, for most of November. Your Taurus child will enjoy the company of another more than usual this month. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd of November is a great time for your little Taurus to seek out close friends. The Full Moon on 18th puts your little Taurus firmly in the spotlight. Make a fuss of him or her during this time.

Taurus mums will be focusing on their own relationships this November, with partners being a major focus. For single Taurus mums, the New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd is a good time to start a new relationship or to put out your intent for a new relationship. Write a list of all the things you want in a partner and make a New Moon wish. The Full Moon on the 18th November brings a focus on YOU.

Gemini (21/5 – 20/6)

Routines will be important for your Gemini child during the month of November. Gemini children are not big fans of the familiar, so be flexible with your routine. Family pets may also be important to your little Gemini this month. Health may be a concern this month for your Gemini child. Gemini’s are often prone to chest complaints, so make sure your Gemini child gets enough rest and doesn’t overdo it this month. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd is a great time to encourage your Gemini child to take responsibility for a pet. The Full Moon on the 18th may see your little Gemini withdrawing for a few days. S/he may be quite emotional under this particular Full Moon.

Gemini mums may need to watch their health during the first few weeks of November. Don’t overdo it in the lead up to Christmas! The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd is a great time to start a fitness regime. Gemini mums have the opportunity to focus on the more spiritual side of life during the time of the Full Moon.

Cancer (20/6 – 22/7)

Your little Cancer’s focus will be on fun this November. S/he will love to try new activities, so introduce some new things this month. Spend some time in the kitchen this month, teaching your little Cancer to cook (he or she will love to eat his/her creations)! For older children, creative projects will have the most success when launched under the New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd. The Full Moon on the 18th may see your little Cancer ‘s friendships highlighted in some way.

Children will be extra important to Cancer mums this November. Taking time to enjoy life is also a theme for Cancer mums. The Full Moon on 18th November highlights your wishes, hopes and dreams, so spend the time releasing old dreams under this Moon, so you’ll be  ready to create new dreams in the New Year.

Leo (22/7 – 23/8)

This month home and family will be a major focus for your Leo child. Being around those s/he loves will bring a strong sense of security. Your Leo will be more of a homebody this November. Don’t expect him or her to be happy going out too often. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd is a great time to teach your little Leo about helping out around the home. The Full Moon on the 18th may bring a focus on a parent. A parent may also be an emotional trigger for your Leo child around this time.

Leo mums will also find that family comes first this month. Parents may also require more attention than usual. Leo mums looking to move house should set their intentions during the time of the New Moon Eclipse on the3rd November. The Full Moon on the 18th can shed light on your direction in life.

Virgo (23/8 – 23/9)

Spending time out and about will be especially enjoyable for your Virgo child this month. Sibling relationships will also be a focus. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd November is a great time to introduce new ways of learning, which your little Virgo will soak up. Reading books together and exploring internet sites will be fun for mums and their Virgo kids. The Full Moon on the 18th November will highlight your little Virgo’s beliefs. Respect his/her opinions during this time.

Virgo mums will find communication highlighted this month. Being more involved in the local community is also likely. Neighbours may also be more prominent during November. If you haven’t been in touch with your siblings lately, give them a call, as chances you’ll be thinking about them.

Libra (23/9 – 23/10)

Self worth issues may arise for your little Libra this month, so make sure you give him/her lots of attention. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd is a great time to introduce the concept of doing chores for pocket money. The Full Moon on 18th November may see your Libran child displaying an emotional intensity that isn’t very common for him or her. Sharing is something that Librans do well at and this may also be highlighted during the time of the Full Moon.

Libra mums may find that how they earn their money is a prominent theme in their life this November. This month is also a good time to work on self-esteem issues – start positive affirmations under the New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd for best results. The Full Moon on the 18th may bring an interest in the more hidden side of life.

Scorpio (23/10 – 22/11)

November is birthday month for most little Scorpios. Vitality should be running high during the first three weeks of the month. Your Scorpio will find him or herself the centre of attention with friends and family. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd November may highlight your Scorpio child’s deep, emotional side. The Full Moon on the 18th highlights best friends for your little Scorpio.

Scorpio mums will also be enjoying good health this month. Enjoy connecting with close friends. Goods times are to be had during the first few weeks of the month. The Full Moon on the 18th may bring a change or an ending to a close relationship.

Sagittarius (22/11 – 21/12)

During the first few weeks of November, your little Sagittarius may feel a need to withdraw and spend some time alone. Take him/her for walks in nature, as this will soothe your little Sagittarius. Bedtime meditations will be enjoyed. By the end of the month your Sagittarius child will be ready to take his/her place in the spotlight. The Full Moon on the 18th November highlights your little Sagittarian’s health. A pet may also come under the light during this time.

Sagittarius mums may find that they have a strong need to retreat during the first few weeks of the month. Take some time out to reconnect. Use the energy of the New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd to focus on meditation practices. The Full Moon on the 18th puts your health under the spotlight. Release any bad habits at this time.

Capricorn (21/12 – 21/1)

Your Capricorn child will really like being with his/her friends this month. Play dates and outings will be thoroughly enjoyed. Your little Capricorn will also enjoy group activities. Use the energy of the Full Moon Eclipse on the 3rd to foster new friendships. The Full Moon on the 18th November highlights things that your Capricorn child finds fun! Encourage lots of play at this time.

Capricorn mums will find November a socially busy month. Enjoy catching up with friends. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd November is a great time to take steps to achieve your wishes, hopes and dreams. It’s also a great time to join a new group.

Aquarius (21/1 – 19/2)

Parents will be particularly important to your Aquarius child during the month of November. What others think of him or her may also be an issue this month. Help older Aquarius children set goals during the time of the New Moon Eclipse on 3rd November. The Full Moon on the 18th November highlights home and family. Your little Aquarius may like to stick close to home for a few days during this time.

Aquarian mums will find the New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd November a great time to launch a business idea or start a new career. The Full Moon on the 18th November highlights home and family. If you are thinking of selling your home, put it on the market under the releasing energy of the Full Moon.

Pisces (19/2 – 20/3)

Religion and different cultures will be highlighted for your little Pisces this month. Encourage your little Pisces to talk about what is important to him or her during November. The New Moon Eclipse on the 3rd November is a great time to introduce spiritual or religious information to your little Piscean. The Full Moon on the 18th November highlights all forms of communication. Sibling relationships may also become a focus.

The travel bug may hit Pisces mums this month. Plan an overseas trip or look at starting a course to expand your mind. Your beliefs may be challenged at sometime throughout the month. The Full Moon on the 18th November highlights issues to do with siblings or neighbours.
