In all the articles I’ve written recently, I’ve mentioned Mummy Bootcamp @ Home. This is my own tailored online fitness and healthy eating program for women of every fitness level. I thought I’d tell you more about it.

With this program, you don’t need to join a gym, to buy expensive equipment or even to attend classes.

You just need the motivation and the will power to change your body and your mind. You can achieve results you never thought possible, and the best part? You won’t be doing it alone!

Mummy Bootcamp @ Home is like having your own personal trainer in your home every day for four weeks! (And yes, you can do it while breastfeeding.)

The best bit about Mummy Bootcamp @ Home is you can do it at a time that suits. If you have a partner that leaves early in the morning, or you have to go to work early, you most likely won't be able to attend early morning bootcamps. You may be able to find one to go to during the day, but can you take the kids with you? And at the end of the day - you would probably have to wait for your partner to get home, so you can get out the door, or if you are stuck at work, you probably won't make your bootcamp session. 

With Mummy Bootcamp @ Home you can do it at home; you can do it in the backyard; you can do it at a park/beach or even at the gym! You can do it in the morning, or while the kids are asleep during the day, or after they have gone to bed at night. It’s entirely flexible.
