Whether kiwifruit could boost your chance or conceiving or not, this is a very delicious combination of flavour to have on the plate.
Recipe makes 50-60 mini bagels
Preparation Time: 12 Hours
Ingredients:
- 1 side of salmon
- 200g caster sugar
- 200g salt
- bunch of dill
- 25-30 mini bagels
- 500g cream cheese
- 10 Zespri Gold Kiwifruit
- Snow Pea Tendril
Method:
1. This is a dish that is using fresh ingredients that complement each other, the salmon is lightly cured overnight using salt, sugar and dill
2. The salmon is then washed and sliced paper thin
3. Slice the kiwi fruit and grill lightly
4. The bagel is cut in half then layered with cream cheese, grilled kiwifruit and salmon. The snow pea tendrils are placed on top before serving
