Great to see someone well known not afraid to talk about their own experiences. I think stigma does exist in the community. Hopefully, campaigns like theis will help people accept and talk about it more openly while raising money for organisations like Lifeline

Great article Jen. Through all you learn about breastfeeding prior to having your baby, not one person seems to mention how incredibly emotional a subject it is & how hard it is to have the courage to make a change if that is ultimately what is best for you & your baby. I too struggled with feeding & simply did not produce enough milk - well, not unless I fed for about 20 out of 24 hours, which of course I did for a while as I love my little girl & wanted to give her the best. Breastfeeding counsellors told me to keep going. It took a Dr to sit me down & make me see that perhaps I have another option. But my goodness how guilty I felt & how tough it was to make that decision. But I did. And I’ve never looked back. Was such the right decision. Rosie is now 9 months, so happy & thriving.

Nice to see a very honestpiece about setting up a business. I also catch myself saying “we” and “us” when talking about “my” business. It’s just me but feel the need to make it appear bigger than it really is.

Thank you for the very balanced and honest account of the wonders of a one of the most significant part of our life journey for babies,parents and families.
Just to add that nature or spirituality or whatever you call, is something that will be often leave us in wonder and not knowing!! I for one, value the mysteries that life and being human can be. 

Let’s see more of the Abbott women -  they are mature and beautiful people who no longer need protection.

Ulli makes me feel inadequate with my city lifestyle & sometimes barely coping with 2 kids. She deserves any success.
